These Terms govern your use of the Blairgowrie Outdoor Movie Night website and participation in the event.
By purchasing tickets, making a donation or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Event Information
The Outdoor Movie Night is organised by the Blairgowrie Community Association as a community fundraising event supporting the Blairgowrie Pool Renovation Project.
Tickets
Tickets are valid only for the event date shown at the time of purchase.
Please retain your confirmation email and QR Code for entry.
Each attendee must hold a valid ticket unless otherwise stated.
Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions supporting the Blairgowrie Pool Project.
Donations do not guarantee admission unless specifically stated.
Event Changes
The BCA reserves the right to:
- change the programme
- change screening times
- substitute the advertised movie
- postpone the event
- relocate the event
- cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control
including severe weather, safety concerns or other unforeseen events.
Admission
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour may endanger others or disrupt the event.
Liability
Attendance is entirely at your own risk.
The Blairgowrie Community Association, volunteers, sponsors and organisers shall not be liable for:
- loss of personal property
- injury
- accidents
- delays
- cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable South African consumer legislation.
